EDITED: Good app, works well, except the "stay logged in function" stopped working with the last update, which is VERY annoying now having to log in every day. VERY much appreciate the responsiveness of the developer to past user input though! Also, widget on Android would be nice though, like to order a car from valet. Also, customization of the app home screen would be nice too (order of items, which items, etc)

Constant crashes, won't load lately, features in the web browser aren't available in the app, like adding vehicles or pets, getting parking passes, etc. ok otherwise.

Yesterday app was closing with the info it had a bug that needed to be fixed by the developer, today it doesn't even open.

I can't find the main menu from the online version - Home, Resident Services, etc. We just added an account balance link to there and it should be accessible on the app. Please advise.

Why is this app not working??? It says it can't sync and just shuts down, does anyone else have this problem??

It decides not to open. Or it'll work for a little while and then stop. Right now it does not want to work and I have a ton of packages to check

Was working great until it stopped updating my delivery information in mid January. From then on, I would get app notifications of deliveries, but under the deliveries menu there were no new deliveries listed. Pressing "Synchronize" did nothing to help it update. Then even the notifications stopped. I've just cleared out all the app's data and cache, and logged in again (which should not be necessary). Fingers crossed it starts working now, because when it works, it's great. Update: delivery notifications did resume working after clearing the cache & data and logging back into the app.

The app just randomly came down with a bug? I didn't even update the app recently, somehow even without an update there is a bug that caused it to stop working. We get an auto fail and close of the app with a warning to update after the developer has fixed the bug.!!! Please fix this.... Found a solution. Uninstall and reinstall, fixed issue. Unsure why there was a random bug error message, but this seems to fix it. Everything else is good.
