App interface is poorly designed, including difficulty in selecting the pickup and drop off locations and unsolicited ad popups. Driver quality widely varies: some are good but others cancel after you wait patiently for them or fail to come to the correct location. One driver ran out of gas halfway through the ride, so I had to walk on the highway to get to my destination.

If riders don't respond, why it keeps on searching and searching, I waited for like 6 to 7 mins and there was no response, but if I cancel my request during the searching process, it says multiple cancellation requests leads to account suspention? what choice do we have as users if no one response? It should have end the request in max 3 mins, so we can send another one. Time is money.

"This is an extremely poor service. I booked a ride, and the driver accepted it, but then demanded more than double the fare on the phone. I canceled 2-3 rides because of this, yet they blocked my account. Fraudulent app, fraudulent drivers." I know I am even wasting 1 star also.

Now this application is forcing people to pay more. I had a woderful experience with this application in the past for around 1 to 2 years but now I have to change my review ratings. Riders along with this Bykea staff, are togather playing a game of forcing customers in an expensive loop to pay more for getting more faster services. Simple logic, u r here to serve at ur best, then why it is not straight? I can understand premium levels but this is bykea's vicious game.

1- There is an issue with their map that address and pinned location do not match and customer had to suffer and pay extra. 2- On calling their helpline their non technical and non supportive representatives do not listen to you and blame you all for the fault. Very bad experience with their customers service and application as i had to pay extra for last two rides with same issue

Hey Google, The app has no settings to turn off the marketing ads. I can either turn off the entire notifications from system settings or if I want important ride notifications I'll have to also get the annoying marketing notifications.

I've noticed some drivers are misusing the app by having someone else complete their rides. To improve safety and security, I suggest implementing face verification for drivers upon login. This would prevent fraudulent activities and ensure a smoother experience for riders. Additional measures like two-factor authentication and regular security updates would also enhance the app's security.

Totally third class app. They took advance payment for monthly pick and drop service from me. Then they cancelled my booking and after my several attempts to contact help center for refunding, no one replied from call centre. This app is totally waste of time and money. And once i booked a ride driver was late and the app overcharged me for being late. Their drivers are ill mannered
