Very bad experience. Bluetooth connectivity is very poor. BT 3 works well, it connects on automatically when required. But BT 5.0 which is required for others functions like notification, incoming calls, music, find my phone etc is terrible. Every now and then it gets disconnected. Very difficult to connect again. Need to unpair and again pair device for Bluetooth. Sometimes even if Bluetooth is connected notifications do not come. Total waste of money. I don't recommend this product to anyone

Bought a new Ignite Atlas smart watch. Facing frequent bluetooth disconnection. Specifically I want to update firmware for the first time from .5.0 to .6.0. After clicking Upgrade, within few seconds, FAILED TO CONNECT response shows in my mob screen. Immediately if I go back to the "Me" menu of CB- Active app, I get to know that device has lost bluetooth connection. Even, if i try to update watch face, NO DEVICE FOUND msg pops up. Resolve the issue of frequent connection fail. Not finding GPS.

The below correction required : 1. Step count is pathetic. While sitting and any wrist movement count as steps. 2. Sleep data records only after 3AM only. 3. Blood Pressure & SPO2 data does not sync with App. 4. Icon difference should be there for notifications. 5. Please add a call disconnect features should be there while in call. 6. Turn the wrist is a hit and miss. 7. Watch faces are not so attractive. 8. Bluetooth on-off feature is missing. 9. Doesn't show GPS, even connected, with GPS on

Very Poor App and watch as well. Everytime bluetooth gets disconnected. And when the app is open it shows to upgrade but the upgrade never happens. If possible I would have put the screenshot of the same. Better to purchase some different brand in this high price. Thought of supporting Indian brand but was disappointed. Really CB teams has to work on technical issues if they really want to compete with Chinese brand. Best luck to them for development.

First and worst experience. I have bought the watch in Pre order. But my all money waste. Watch is not working properly. Bluetooth disconnect automatically. Battery life is not more thn 2 days. Not only a single thing is good in this watch. Totally loss and one more thing no pickup facility if you want to replace the item. Worst experience. Not gonna suggest anyone to buy crossbeat.

Overall the app is good... But some issues are still there- 1. It always takes 2-3 attempts to sync the watch face. 2. If your contact list is big, then it's very hard to go to the last contact. 3. If watch is not connected to app, then many times I am getting an "Anti-Lost" screen on watch. 4. It will be good, if the app names in "Message Push" section are arranged alphabetically.. We can even see many unnecessary apps in this section.. Hope to see the fixes in next update..

Very bad app and the watch. The Bluetooth gets disconnected every now and then and it is very difficult to connect again. When bluetooth turned on in phone, the watch name never shows up, after a lot of effort it shows up but doesn't pair. Better buy a different company smartwatch for such a high price.

Gps connectivity is worst. To connect GPS, i need to keep the app always in open mode. otherwise GPS disconnects and shows incorrect record for running. This app only captures location only when the app is turn on. This is the reason for GPS connectivity failure. This app must allow to access location always. There is no option to capture location always.
