I got the app to to move forward with the few maintenance men to complete job. I found that it also as a pretty good CFMS capability that nicely designed. It allow for assets to be documented and included in the wok orders with your out lined procedure being redefined by a AI assistance to deliver a clear step by step outline for quick review or mid-level workers to reference. this app exceed my expectations, I have worked with YARDI a great deal and this app is amazing.

one of the best apps I've found for scheduling and making simple, easy work orders. takes no time at all once you have a couple templates and procedures worked out. It's a really good app to stay organized.

We had a very useful 60 minute demo with Stephen from MaintainX. Stephen brilliantly explained the system and showed how extremely easy it is to use and navigate. asset management is simple to set up. this system is a huge step forward in our company's planned maintenance schedule and although we haven't been using the system long, It has quickly been integrated into our companies procedures. my only issue is I wish I had found MaintainX sooner.

I looked at a few different options and settled on MaintainX. The more I use it the more I love it. It's easy to navigate, laid out well, and can do everything I need it to and more. Adding locations, assets and making work orders is so simple. I'm still in the process of fully setting it up but I'm never sitting around scratching my head trying to figure out how to use any of the features.

This app. is used by my job. At first I had to get myself familiar with it, cuz it was something new. I like it, it's way better than writing up work orders. I love technology....makes it a lot easier n convenient. and you can send pictures to show the exact description & where. it's on my cellphone which is way better than carrying a bulky note book and Pens. Thank You

In November of 2024 this app started saying permission denied whenever i tried to upload or take a photo literally overnight. in January i got a reply to my old review about it long after i removed the app. today 5 months later i reinstall it one more time and this time it works without issues. i don't know why and it had nothing to do with any settings on my phone. thought it didn't support my note 9 any longer (not my problem tho if that was true) i can always go back to sticky notes!

Very straightforward very intuitive. In 5 mins I found ways to do the same tasks that took me weeks to learn on other CMMS programs. Their 24/7 support is also very easy to reach via chat or phone.
