This app is annoying, everytime I try to log in to update trips recording for the van pool I'm in, it usually takes about 3 attempts before I'm able to get into the account. First attempt doesn't recognize password, second attempt it takes me into the account I go to update then asks me to log back in... ANNOYING, then third attempt I'm usually in but by then I'm frustrated, this app needs improvement.

Sign in problems every single time i try to sign it it says the site is not available. I have to sign in 3 or 4 times to get in. And no it's not a password or username name mistake. Also limited ability to do things such as seeing payment history on fuel card. You're better off going straight into the website.

View requested payments link doesn't do anything and I have to sign in every time I need to make my payment. Most people only log in once per month to make their payment. Seems kinda dumb to make the timeout shorter than that.

This app doesn't need to exist. it's severely limited compared to the website. it hijacks the websites login ability anyway, so it is no easier to login through app than the website. this provides nothing of value. supposedly it has some functions. I've yet to find it. I've never seen a somewhat large brand fail so spectacularly with an app. did it even go through QA?

The app was described as a way to track mileage and ridership, something we all need to report to Metro. Unfortunately the only way to do that is to put in credit card information and pay for the vehicle. They need to produce an app that does what the promise.

Cannot access most of the features I used to have before the update. Has bugs. I can't even go to a date earlier in the week to adjust anything. If I miss inputting attendance on Monday, I can't go back and do it on any other day.

Freezes up on loading screen every time. I have to close the app and open it twice before login and twice after login in order to get past loading screen.

This does not work on my LG G8. When I log in I am routed back to the initial log in welcome screen. I am not able to get past this loop of of log in requests.
