App worked well... Until it didn't now with the latest update. Latency increased, and now the lock may lock/unlock, or it won't. And it decides when or if to follow commands. Was so very pleased when I installed it, but now it's garbage.

Recently experienced issue with the app and lock. Had to factory reset both the adapter and the door lock, and now everything I try to do ends up with operations fails msg and fail to calibrate my door with door sensor. Worst app experience ever

Lost it's ability to comprehend the door sensor, now it doesn't know if it's closed or open and just locks on autolock regardless of door position. Sent data to phillips asking them to help and all they told me was to update to the latest app....lucky for me the latest app broke the door lock.

Horrible...can't even use my new Philips doorbell camera & chime because this app keeps crashing!!!!! Says compatible with Alexa, but still need app and it's trash!!!!

Works well overall. App can sometimes glitch requiring you to restart it. It sometimes incorrectly tracks whose code was utilized in the activity log. It does get the job done though.

The app is useless unless you're standing in the same room as the lock it will not connect. The app was the reason I purchased the lock, now it's being returned
