Worked fine, booked a taxi for a specific time, and it turned up. BUT, we were 4 minutes late getting to the taxi, so the driver refused to agree to the price shown on the app. On the return journey, i got held up waiting on my take out food, and the driver again refused to accept the agreed app price. Worth bearing that in mind, dont be late or pay a higher price.

Car was considerably late as first driver went on a break, so replacement had to be found. There needs to be punctuality and reliability with the service provision if it's to continue. I'm

Utterly, utterly shite registration process. I'd read other users' reviews about the "number already registered" problem and ascribed their difficulties to their lack of IT savvy. I was wrong. I work in IT and ran into this issue myself; couldn't find a way around it. The "Forgot password" email never arrived. They appear to be cross-pollinating their app database with data from their existing caller phonebase and making a hash of it. Don't install, or, if you do, expect no good to come of it.

When it works, it's fine and saves us a lot of money if going some distance. Problem is, I've never been able to get it to accept any of the initial discount codes that you're given when you create an account. Last time I ordered a car the driver turned up late as he somehow got lost, then we didn't get the fixed fare as it was somehow my fault!

App was always useful but since the arrival of fixed fares it's spot on. Cheaper than uber as the name suggests. Only issues is that some addresses aren't on the system and makes taxis a bit if a pain getting to, especially at Heriot-Watt as most halls aren't on it and also that there's not an option to contact the driver directly if there are any issues. If these 2 issues could be sorted then the whole process would be spot on.

App doesn't work tried re-installing the app three times now and each time I try and book a taxi I am presented with the error code "Unable to proceed at this time" - making the whole app useless. My device is a Samsung S9 please dont hesitate to contact me for further details. I know the app works on iOS, just wish they put a little more effort in the android one.

The drivers are fine, amd the price is usually good, often better than Uber, had no trouble there. What's annoying is when you want a taxi asap, it might say 10 minute journey, but you're waiting an indefinite amount of time with no clue to how long you will be waiting , Just says "we'll let you know when your driver is in the way"

Was good at the start but now completely unreliable. Case in point had a booking set up for a certain time as I was going to a restraint for my birthday. Car turned up early and when we went outside, 2 minutes before actual arrival time, they had left. Then we had to wait a further 6 minutes for the next car which then changed to another car and a further 6 minutes there. I'll be going back to Uber next time.
