This app is very "basic" and needs to be improved, I've noticed that drivers / customer doesn't have a rating, the app notification it sends you tells you to download the app, the links in app don't work (T&C's, Facebook), bookings are only stored locally not synced. I sent feedback to the company 2 months ago but there is no change / update. Once the app has a new & better UI/UX the reviews should change.

very unreliable service and poor app. lets you book a taxi but doesn't let you know if a car is not available. good price when available but unfortunately unreliable

Makes you give payment details and then doesn't formally tell you that they won't accept your booking. Just 'trip completed'. Uninstalled and won't use again.

Absolutely brilliant app hate calling so to just do it this way is great and you can pay for journey before going on it as well so if running late for train don't need to mess about its paid already love herts car's

Doesn't allow you to cancel trips, just displays an error message.

One of THE worst apps I have ever used..... Why would it let you book a cab, give you a time of arrival a booking reference if the cab isnt actually booked! Just leaves you standing outside waiting until they can be bothered to deal with you.

App works ok but doesn't beat the queues like their recorded message says. If anything you end up at the bottom of the queue!

I just downloaded the app, which did appear to be useful. Having ordered a taxi for my girlfriend to get home we found the driver to be rude, he charged £16 when the app said estimated £11, a big difference, so not accurate. To top it off he dropped her down the road as he didn't want to drive on her road.
