Good App but too complicated, needs to be simplified or admin left to a later time. Frustrating how everything has to be done on site. I prefer to move away from the delivery location and complete admin, also difficult to understand if you should rebid or move on to another load. On the plus side if you leave all the recommended features on like tracking and auto allocation things do become easier. Rates can be challenging but it's your choice whether to bid or not. Overall I'm happy with CExp.

I think the app is good, it would be good to have better messaging between drivers and operators and also better updates on where we are with our bids rather than just being left hanging. It would also be good if you were at a drop say 100 miles from your home if you could click on something that alerts the operator ls that we can potentially do another drop and negate the waste of fuel driving home. But I've only used it for about 2 weeks so I am still exploring the app l

For me it's ideal as I have extra work and although the app ,yes does have its issues no doubt ,when jamie or the other guys are told its pretty much resolved or explained . The drivers whom have complaints are not using the app to their advantage or simply do not have any other work . I will agree on one thing ,the pricing is so far out for drivers to make money as well as fuel expenses, congestion charges ect ,the list is long . It needs a serious look at . For me as I've said it suits

Not as described. There are no more than 10 jobs daily and the jobs that are there are already taken (idk how if they just got released at 8:30-9) and the ones available are either small jobs or really far away to collect. I paid £205 for nothing and I spent £100 to get a goods in transit insurance and I couldn't get a single job. So not worth it. Just uninstall it and ask for a refund. This servive cannot be used at all. And the payrate per mile it's too low too if you would do a job.

I do not recommend Courier Expert. You will be left with the money given for nothing, after a period of two weeks I have not even had an order. I asked to close the debit to stop paying, but they also closed the application that was paid for the whole month. I do not recommend, you will waste your time and money.
