I love the watch , but this app ruins it all. 1. There is no vibration mode on the watch and it gets pretty loud when I get a call. 2. When the watch and phone are connected and I get a call and I pick via phone, by default it work via the speaker of the watch. It was really embarrassing for me when it happened and then on, I have switched off the call feature. 3. The watch faces are really boring and needs new ones 4. I don't get notification from lot of apps such as teams, outlook, & no calls

Could be better, missing some very small but needed features. 1. Steps history not working, can only see current day steps l, previous day shoes 0 steps. 2. Steps not sync with google fit. 3. Need more good watch faces for AMOLED screens. 4. Option for 5 or 8 favourite watch faces, currently the default faces cannot be changed. 5. Water drinking alert can be added. 6. Option to take readings like HR and Spo2 from app interface can also be added. Please fix the bugs Thankyou

Very limited watch faces and no new introduction of faces since from the inception. Weather informations are not displayed and shows only question mark. Settings inside the app does not help in resolving the same. But charging method is good. Recommend the team to work on more new watch faces (especially with digital information) and update in portal for use . Also the side button especially the slim button is useless. At least it should be used to check time when needed.

App was working seamless until the last update. Now each time I launch the app, it crashes when trying to sync data with the watch. This is disappointing. A month later, I uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Worked. Suggestion: auto-sync the data should not be mandatory. User should decide. Even for a watch face change, user must wait for sync complition. Thanks.

Hi. Boat crest was working good. But for past 15 days, I have noticed the app is crashing more often. When I open the app, it starts sync with the watch, but suddenly it crashes with no error message. I use boat crest more often, but due to non functionality, it has become unusable. Please take care of this issue.

I don't know why my watch data is not syncing with app. In so many watch interface date is showing correctly while day is showing wrong. I had reset the watch and update the app too. But same issue is still persist . Date-09 Nov 24 My watch autorestart at 2000hrs and after that day time is correct but number of steps start from 0. I don't know what is the issue. Kindly suggest me either it is application issue or smartwatch issue.

Very disappointed with boat storm 3 smartwatch. I bought Storm call 3 watch and excited to use all features. But to my surprise, I am not able to connect watch to blutooth and B9at crest App. I tried many times, saw instructions manual to connect to my samsung phone. But No use. How come the most basic feature to connect to app is sidelined by boat. I thought boat products are value for money and with great fwatures but big no now!!!! Kindly solve the issue or replace the product.

purchased the Strom call 3 its been a week not able to connect as OTP is not coming , can't connect as a guest either one of the worst smart watch and app , contacted the support sent them the email 4 days have gone no reply. very poor app and support. please don't buy Boat devices.
