Nearly perfect if they'd merge the card scanner with the CRM without having to add all contacts to my phone. Biz not personal, but 20-25 B2B business convos/day, makes for overwhelming boxes of cards. I'd like to scan and discard but you cannot keep an image of the card front and back without scanning to both apps or syncing through your phone contacts. You must delete everything and start over to try syncing if you don’t opt in originally. Please add a tab to the CRM w/the card scanner view

Unable to make custom labels for "industry", must be provided by the app. Every new contact added has a popup "send your business card?" Which is very annoying, they already have it. Being able to add notes is A, but unable to list the contacts as the actual industry they are in is not. Not compatible with Google Voice. It's useful, but with the drawbacks to this app i might use a journal app instead and list everything correctly, import/scan business cards for free, etc. Lot of unwanted emails

Quite satisfied with Covve as a personal CRM. What's awesome is that as I'm ramping up (only a few contacts with reminders), the app isn't intrusive about using its features. I get to take my time to gradually incorporate Covve more. To boot, recording notes on touch points is easy. [REQ] It would be nice to have calls/texts/whatsapps automatically logged. [REQ] I write long notes about comms. Can the "COMMS with..." list show whole notes (no cutoff)? "Contact Us" doesn't work Great work devs!

**edit: Alex and the team at Covve were very responsive in resolving the issue I described in my original review after a couple more exchanges with Covve support. Alex took an impressive amount of time explaining the nuances of the problem and reassuring me that it was an isolated incident. I've continued to use the app with no issues since. **original review: Covve shattered my trust in their access to my data in my first few days of use. The core functionality of the app is great, and its potential is exciting. The app deleted some of my contacts, however, when merging duplicates which is a huge issue because changes sync with my Google account and thus propagate everywhere. Unfortunately, Covve support doesn't seem to grasp the issue despite several interactions over email.

Unfortunately there really isn't a "free" version. There is effectively a trial version that allows only 10 contacts then you have to pay. The app looks good but needs to be a one off purchase and not a subscription or the free version should at least offer unlimited basic functionality. It's pretty useless if you don't pay unless you only need to track 10 people.

Exactly what I was looking for. This app updates all of your contacts' social media information. It has its own address book which is a tad slow, but it syncs the updates to your internal contacts. To improve this, developers should make it faster and allow for a frequently contracted button. Keep up the great work! Alastair

So close to being a comprehensive contact management application, missing critical feature rendering it useless for power users!! (perhaps just Android version) Without the ability to search by tag or manage contacts in folders, ALL contacts are grouped together. This is not useful for somebody managing different relationships and with many contacts, it is lacking something basic that is available in Google Contacts... Also, beyond filtering contacts by tag/folder, need comprehensive sorting.

Updated edit: very useful app and getting better as the Covve team makes improvements! It will be a 5-star app when the usability improves just a little more, which I'm confident will happen! Seems like a good app. I am getting used to it. 3 stars because it seems lots of functionality is hidden or difficult to figure out. Not sure if features are hidden behind the paid version, or I'm just not figuring stuff out.
