This NetCloud Mobile app update adds SSO login support. If SP-initiated login is enabled by your admin, use “Sign in with SSO” and enter your Company ID. The 'Remember Me' feature has changed - previously saved credentials won't be retained. Please log in again with 'Remember Me' selected. The End User Agreement has also been updated and must be accepted by System Admins in the NetCloud Manager web app to continue using our apps.

A Google user
gives location data and device statis, but not much else. This app lacks much of the required Netcloud functionality, like ability to remotely login and manage devices, or upgrade netcloud os, or make setting changes. Just not worth the 25MB of storage to have the app installed, but will try again in 6 months to see if any changes have been made, to make it worthy of remaining installed.

Not too useful if you can't manage groups from the app. All of the routers just get thrown into one giant view. If I want to apply a change to a group of routers, the app is useless for that. Seems counterintuitive since netcloud revolves around enterprise management....

It's a good start. What would really help is adding the "Asset Identifier" field to the dashboard. Looking at a screen full of router numbers does nothing for me.

Lacks functionality like group creation, group netcloud version changing, etc... Edit: Sure, I don't know how to provide you with contact information securely through this platform though.

Thank you, the app has become much more useful over the updates. Please add the ability to CONSOLE and to EDIT CONFIG (e.g. UI editor or JSON editor).

wow, thanks for implementing my suggestion. 5 stars now! Prior comment at 3 star rating... Please allow select and copy of device info like IP address.
