If you look for an unprofessional, incompetent and unreliable home service provider, you are in the right place. The company is run by their drivers and helpdesk and without management. Despite confirmation and promises you will be presented everytime with a new staff which is extremely disturbing and ineffizient. On top off that when you want to cancel the services you will not be reimbursed. They even changed the assignment schedule for the agreed staff without prior info. Horrible.

I have had a very good experience using Dari hourly maid services (twice) so far. The maids are hardworking and do their job well. The driver is very punctual and the prices are reasonable. The customer support is also very helpful and responsive. Dari is now my go-to service for housekeeping.

I booked a cleaner for 1-time home visit (4 hours) through Dari. The price is reasonable and the workers are professional. The worker assigned to me, Nurwulan, was a very professional and polite Indonesian lady. She was very hardworking, quick, efficient, and cleaned my home with care.
