ETA: customer support assured me they would correct it and would credit me the trial period. My trial period is over, it's still not corrected, and my credit card has been charged. Terrible. The app doesn't work, period. It just circles me around and around to the same few screens asking me to buy a plan to continue, which I have. For 35.99/month, this shouldn't be an issue. There's no contact info to resolve this issue. Would not purchase until this is resolved. I will post an update if it is.

Great app. It really helps with your batter's eye in real life. I did great improvement and it is all because if this app. I just don't like the pro play er pooping ip every 10 seconds. There should be a designated spot where you can choose if you want to be a pro player. Overall love this app though.

I was going to use the app to get ready for the baseball season umpiring. As soon as i loaded the game it began glitching. I closed the app and reopened it. It didnt help. It would be nice if they made a uhit for umpires. U know to help us train on calling safe, out, strike, ball, fair, foul, etc. It would be nice if they did so. But they need to get the game to stop glitching

Great tool, hitting view can be changed: move the camera more towards the pitcher. Otherwise, great game.

I think this game is very helpful. I can understand the problems other people are having. It does suck that you would need a good phone to be able to run it but it has helped a lot.

Love it! I use it all the time outside of practice or games! Just wish that on "Pitch Recognition" The pitches were different speeds...

Good for pitch recognition but to many ads, you get an ad after every inning you do, which is 6 pitches

trash game. you have to swing as the pitcher is in motion to be able to hit it... how can you see if it's a ball or strike then?
