If you are anything more than a beginner musician, this app is not for you. It looked promising when I installed it, but soon showed to only cover reading notes on the stave. When you click on the 'learn' mode, the app promptly crashes, and it takes forever to go back to the menu page. Even when you do practise the note reading exercise, the app refuses to recognise all notes above or below the central octave of the piano, so will give you a low score regardless. Do not install.

fairly solid functionality overall and I'm a fan of the straightforward design, but the ads are disruptive/intrusive. More importantly, the audio playback for hitting keys usually cuts out after a few notes and won't come back unless you restart the app. Could overlook the ad placement if it wasn't for this. edit: going from 3 to 2 stars because the audio still breaks, yet the ads now play sound and appear just as suddenly and intrusively as before.

Way too many notes in the extremely high or low range with 3 or more ledger lines. Going to practice>settings and changing the note range to "mid" fixes this but the main 'play' mode will still have these uncommon notes. Still a good app overall.

Hey Derek, I don't know if you're going to see this but I want to let you know that I appreciate the app you made. I love how it's not riddled with ads and in-app purchases and it's straight to the point. Maybe the option of toggling different notes/clefs would be a nice addition. Great work!

Sometimes the sound cuts out in the middle of a session Takes extra time to launch, can no longer view my stats, app crashes at the end of each session
