Only reason to download this app is to open your cabin door, and you can't even count on it to do just that. App keeps constantly crashing and doesn't open the door. Worked fine for couple cruises, and suddenly it doesn't work.

Very nice and simple app to see your booked trip. One problem I am having is that if I book round-trip (Tallinn-Helsinki-Tallinn for example), then it doesn't show me the terminal name in Helsinki. It only shows Tallinn (A terminal) - Tallinn (A terminal). It would be very helpful to see also the terminal name in Helsinki in order to check how to get back to the ship.

Terrible, no option for making an account, no option for connecting to S bonus, no option to view your profile after you eventually managed to create an account, only possible to book one trip. do not go back because then youhave to close the app and start again. Rubbish! Forced to book with viking or silja.

Shows departure date of 17:30 instead of 18:30. Scared the hell out of me. By chance i was on a place with no internet access and couldn't verify that the departure is indeed 18:30 and that the app is lying to me.

The only use case for this app is to open the door to your cabin on the ship. It does not do that, 3rd time in a row, thus 1 star only.

Information from official site: "The most convenient way to check in is to download our app to your iPhone or Android phone" But when you install it, you see "You cannot check in this application" At least for a ticket with a car

It seems useless in my opinion. What is the purpose of such app if you can't check in? It's just a share waste of space.
