I have a lot of experience. At first it was all good. But this past 3 days, drivers are taking long routes to charge more. Some are passing your pick up area and not answering the call took 5 riyal in my wallet account. I havent even use it. And also, the driver got stuck on traffic on the way on our pick up location, but as passenger im the one who paid for it. I was charged 3 riyals for that. We are not yet inside the car. How ridiculous and disappointing.

BadrGo is a cheap alternative from other ride share which is a good thing. If only they can update their navigation system for the better? I have experienced many times the drivers going farther and farther from the pick up point and delaying the ride and when you call them, they will not answer. Also, if they can be familiarized with places in Doha and not be dependent on the navigation as they keep on running in circles but could have reached the pick up point earlier if they knew the place?

Very good app, direct competitor to Uber, and other local ride sharing app. Update notification inapp is annoying however. It does not let the user in if there is an update available until and unless the update is installed. I may just want to ride for the time being and update to the latest version when there is free time. Please change app update strategy.

I've been repeatedly charged a 5 Riyal cancellation fee on Badrgo when the driver arrives at the wrong location. I try to guide them, but due to delays, I end up canceling and getting charged unfairly. The trip history only shows the fee, not the ride details, and the fee gets added to my next fare. Despite multiple complaints, customer service has not resolved this issue. Because of this, I no longer recommend Badrgo and have advised my friends to avoid using it.

"When the app first launched, it worked well, but over time the experience has worsened significantly. I've seen drivers accept rides only to drive further away, and they often don’t answer calls when we try to reach them. I’m uninstalling the app right now. Uber may charge a bit more, but they never do things like this. I recommend everyone stick with Uber instead of using other apps." Also it became taxi f -2 because after dropping it is increasing price.

Uhh definitely not for me. Sure, prices dont fluctuate like uber. But uber is far better. As a woman, its a little worrying for me when the driver suddenly changes the entire route. You have no idea where you're going. Secondly, drivers take forever to show up. Thirdly, cars are never available when you need them. Fourthly, you're always gonna arrive late to your destination.

Horrible app no enough cars always ordering and not find a ride many drivers cancel the trips if found and they have option for reserve option has to be one hour earlier but it is not convenient because changes in time happens so it is not convenient at all if you are in a Hurry and want a quick pick up. theapp needs alot of improvements. The map is not accurate. The location choice option is so difficult not clear at all besides not all the locations can be found on their location choice list

Before this app is so good as the price is more cheaper than uber. But it's annoying that when you open the app it's either it will not open or it will open after 30mins then it's not workin it's just keep on loading. It keeps on askin for update every month it's updating but the update is nonsense instead of being easy to use cause it's updated it's not.
