Sprite Animation Cutter を使用すると、スプライト シートをテストしたり、スプライト シートからスプライトを分離したり、スプライト シートまたは分離したスプライトを使用してアニメーション GIF を作成したりできます。スプライト シートをテストするには、テストするスプライト シートをインポートし、スプライト シートの行数と列数を指定してから、再生ボタンを押します。

The app is decent, barely no adds. But you cannot create sprites and have to use sprite sheets as it says but to even make a gif, you need to have to do methods that I cant wven figure. I recommend this app to animate your sprites tho
