Excellent service throughout. I used the wash and fold service and the dry cleaning service. Shortly after collecting my order, I received an email notifying me of a stain on one of the items for dry cleaning, but that they would endeavour to remove it. The item came back spotless. All items were cleaned perfectly and were folded and repacked to the highest standard.

There is something dishonest about advertising 6kg for £17.95 when there is a minimum charge of £20. They even boast of not charging extra if u get a bit (not defined!) over 6kg. So to confirm: 6kg is £20 and extra 11.4% on advertised price. Add delivery + the optional tip (but as we want pick up and delivery on time, it feels like tipping is a must). The app recommends £10.. so now my £17.95 could be £30.95 + delivery. The Ryanair of laundry?

Unfortunately due to circumstances that are beyond their control, my delivery was missed by a day which caused me a lot of issues due to leaving the country. However, they did everything in their power to fix the situation. Customer service was super helpful. Definitely worth using the their service of you need your clothing washed quickly.

It is impossible to contact for help. I sent my clothes and they were supposed to deliver in 24 hours they guy was unable to find the location even it was the same location they used for the pick up and he simply rescheduled to the next day without trying to find the address. Not recommend!

They lost some items that I gave them like pillow and comforter and it took them almost 10 days to find them and bring them back cleaned. The other items I received were good and clean. The app is easy to use as well and the delivery time is accurate. But the delay in finding the missing items experience was disappointing. Another point is I receive the clothes a little bit wet. I would have preferred to receive them completey dry to reduce the amount of time I need to hang them and dry them.

Terrible service. Expensive and they did not clean my clothes. I ended up needing to wash a whole bunch of them again in the bath, and the bath water showed how dirty the clothes still were. It's almost as if they just dip the clothes in water and dry them. Scammy company.

My first time using them. 3 piece suit at my local dry cleaners was £15, but was going to take 5 days. The same service with these guys was £23.98 but was collected and delivered to my front door in 2 days. It was a quick and convenient service. I will definitely be using them again

Easy to use website and easy to understand. I found them to be pretty reasonably priced. I could do it cheaper myself, but due to personal health issues and lack of mobility, it makes life a lot easier.
