Doesn't work most of the time nd changes frequently but never to the good. For instance all of the tabs I would use to view quotes, invoices, my account and so forth no longer have descriptions but rather an icon that is not recognizable as relating to it. Searching for particular products is practically impossible without the specific item number and renders thousands of unrelated results in stores not relevant to my location including items no longer available at any location.

Since latest update, app repeatedly crashes after tapping continue on the screen announcing bug fixes.

I used to love the fact that for majority of systems I was able to check warranty claims. Now after a recent update everytime, for every brand available I cannot get any warranty info for any serial number I put in. Finding parts and ordering them through the app is still good but the one part of this app I thoroughly enjoyed using is not working at all.

Works great when you are in the field and away from a computer. Must have for techs in the field for warranty verification and see if parts are in stock for your customers.
