App is useful but when you subscribe auto renew package and want to unsubscribe very difficult please mention the deactivate option.

In app there are showing 2 GB data and 3 aed extra money. I recharge 15 aed but I get 3 aed extra only where is my 2 GB data. No idea what they are doing. Very bad. Very important thing your customer care is only computerized they can't answer actual what I need.

Very slow speed , not 3mb/s , it's only 3kb/s . I waste my money.. camp data speed very slow..I don't like this newtork if it same everytime like this..

its fine, the one option i missing is that you can't swicth the sim to other. like Etisalat. if want to check on other sim first you need to logout then login with the new sim. its not use multiple sim account at a time.

I am very happy with the application. It gives great offers and various features. But I would really like to know how to delete the debit or credit card number from the account itself. I once happened to share my debit card number to recharge my friend's account, and now I am unable to delete the card number from his account. Kindly help me resolve this issue.

Literally worst network.. can't get the otp. I really regret buying this network sim.. I can't even open your five application because I'm not getting the otp. It's totally dead.. fix this...
