YBM Cumbam: Boarding point contact numbers are old one. Even head office doesn't have proper information about new boarding contact numbers. Price is too high when compare with other travels. AC is not clean, dirty smell is coming. Dusty seat and cover seat. Those who has dust allergy, please don't travel. Not worth for price.

App is ok for booking. But all other features need a lot of fine tuning. Live tracking doesn't work. My tickets keep fetching data for every screen forward and backward navigation.

Had couple of good experiences travelling with YBM, when it came to rescheduling a ticket due to change in travel plan, there is no option in app or customer service team denied to do it over phone, I ended up cancelling the tickets, deactivated app, no more YBM

Worst app ever, after booking a ticket the payment have been detected from my account twice but the ticket nit yet booked, its still showing available, i unable to book ticket, there is no option to report the issue

This is a useless app. You say input OTP. But we did not get the otp in time. Your app should take the otp automatically. Really useless App. Ticket booking should be user friendly. Bore. Bore. Bore.

Worst app... They cheat you on their cancellation policy. They don't give proper information about their cancellation and argue that you can find the details in pdf. But there is no option to view or download the pdf in the app. Worst app.. Worst customer service... Better book tickets through other means and not through this app. Worst app... Literally ybm cheats you.
