Unfortunately I have not been able to connect using this app via the Internet gateway module. Whilst I'm not a software engineer I am tech savy and have spent a number of hours trying to resolve this, including checking that the LAN and WiFi network parameters are consistent. This is very disappointing as the only reason I spent thousands of pounds replacing all the radiators is so that I can control them remotely.

App isn't working properly on Android 15, Pixel 8 Pro, keeps crashing when trying to set time for program. Therefore I cannot set any program in app. Making the app half useless. Please fix ASAP as winter is not coming, it's already here. 😁 Setting the temperature in app works fine. Edit Same for the smart heat app

Syncing ist possible, but unfortunately crashes permanently when trying to program the heating devices on an Android 15 Pixel :-( With older versions of Android it seems to work well. Looking for a swift update....

Works fine in my,albeit, small property. My complaint is that the android app has to be closed and reopened every time a radiator/zone requies access. The apple version of the app works fine in that one can play about with settings without resorting to closing/opening the app everytime.

I had all the issues raised in many of the reviews. Very long story short, the primary problem is the antenna on the module is too weak. After speaking to Electrorad UK, I bought a £4 more powerful antenna on Ebay and the app now syncs with all rads in my home.

I'm saving my timings but they simply will not save. Just revert back to original settings each time. Not intuitive and frankly I have no idea what will be going off and on! No so good :Frustrated!!

Bit temperamental to set up, especially if router has a split SSID. Had to try each SSID in turn before it finally connected. Once it synchronises works well. Pity it doesn't work with Google Home that would be fab.

Downloaded the app but could not get any further with the installation. I get an error on each radiator which is uninformative. My mobile tries to connect but never succeeds.
