I love the rec center but not this app! I have an android. The app gives me the message that there is nothing to book for classes. In the past when I got this message I could uninstall and reinstall the app and it would work again. I have tried that multiple times this last week without success. The point of having the app is to simplify the booking process for classes. Please fix the app for android users!

Review for app only! Sine the last update, the app has become pretty much useless. It only shows two or three fitness classes available. When I tap the "upcoming" button, it goes to the booking or booked tab which says that there is nothing scheduled. But, still no more available classes to pick from. Also, the barcode to scan is no longer on the opening app page, making you tap through several screens before reaching it. It doesn't show up to date information, the website is more accurate.

This is literally the dumbest app of all time. I can't believe the lack of functionality. It says there are no classes for me too book, and I am not the only person who has this problem! And if I get lucky and can book a class, don't try to book child care for the same time slot because it thinks you are busy. And when I try to book swimming lessons, it shows me non-member pricing only. Can't think of anything the app actually does except have my pass barcode, honestly!

Worked for a short while. Now I can't ever see what classes are available to book, explore button always goes to blank page that will be "updated" when classes are open. This honestly keeps me from attending after purchasing a one year family pass. Probably won't renew because of app. Worst app ever.

Update again: rec center has tried to help but apparently my account alone has a bug. It seems weird and is extremely frustrating. Crc was on the phone with company for a hour just to find out mine was the only one. Said they'd fix it but months later no fix. Problem is it won't let me book or see a class until it's only a couple hours away. When i click explore it just takes me to a blank page

Update - It has been over a year now and nothing has changed with the app. Developer doesn't care...Used to really like this app but since an update in Sept/Oct, it no longer shows me the classes so I can register for them. Talked with the staff at the rec center desk and they said it works for iOS not Android, since the update. App teased me a few weeks ago and show the schedule for a day. I have to login and register for classes using a website now.

This review is for the app itself only! I used to be able to use the app, now I can't even see or pull up classes to book them. Not too helpful when you can't use the app that we are supposed to use to reserve a spot for a class. Lame update! If I could give it zero stars I wouldn't give it one! So lame that I can't use the app. You would think that the company that does the app would make it user friendly for both i-phone and android.

This app has been broken for over a year now on Android. And despite the Rec Center knowing about it, it hasn't hene fixed. I get that it's through Mind Body, but if Mind Body doesn't fix the bug, it's time to have an app through a different platform.
