Complicated and sort of useless. I can't pay my bills through it. Update:again useless and vague as i can't find my previous paid bills nor my consumption . Not customer friendly

Ineffective and useless application, and the customer service is terrible. I've reported my issue multiple times, and while they claimed to have fixed it, nothing actually improved; it felt like they just filled in a blank field and then mark the issue as done. GKYS.

Very bad, almost useless app. You cannot pay your "postpaid" invoice by credit card (got an error with fawry code). I think this is the simplest and most commonly used service and still not working properly. Haven't tried other services. Extremely disappointing.

I was not able to register the reading. Every time I try to, I get the same message " there was an error". It was really very disappointing. Unprofessional app! لم استطع تسجيل القراءة! كل مرة حاولت فيها فعل ذلك تأتيني نفس الرسالة ’’حدث خطأ ما’’ تطبيق محبط حقيقة وغير احترافي.

The team in this app does not want to work...any request you send, the answer is always to send a clear pic (for example usage records) while pic is clear which indicates that they do not want to do their job.
