I contacted them and all they said it's just the installation pack, deal with it and stopped responding. I have been playing for nearly 2 years but this is not what I expected of your support team

It's a good game but the problem is the customer service..they don't do anything about your complaints specifically about that scammers that had been rooming the game over and over.iys very frustrating.i hope this game should do something about it.

It is nice game. But costumer service support is bad and didn't response to my complaint when contacted them. They were uncooperative and just closed my complaint without solving the problem which makes me thinking in deleting the game after playing for few months. And it was disatisfied response at the time i think they will response in different way. While in other games i contacted costumer service and they didn't close the complaint for 1 month and contacted technical teams who solve it.

I'm just wondering why you're marketing to misleading games while the main game itself is a good one with potential?! Seriously, this is a very bad way of marketing; as you're targeting the wrong audience. If you're targeting the right audience, it will end up with a good/better rating! Consider this. Back to X-Heros, i liked the story and the wars in the different space dimensions. But as usual, at some point, i stuck at a certain level, and i can't beat anyone. The matrix needs improvements.

This is not the game that u saw in the ad. Deleted the game in less than an hour. There is too much focus on the career of the player rather than the playing. I played for a total of 40 seconds and the remaining 30 minutes were stupid animations. The app is playing against itself which is the stupidest part, the human just watches semi-nude characters fighting with powers.

Really bad game and false advertisement. I downloaded this game because it would just not stop popping up in ads. Finally downloaded, and the first two levels seemed legit. Then I was suddenly playing a battle game like??? Fighting anime monsters and what not. I hoped there would be a 0 star review option, but 1 star is the lowest you can give, and this app does not even deserve that.

It was not what I expected. The part of the bees is fun, but in between games they make you watch a long battle between characters you can't control and you need to have vip to skip it. Also the tutorial is quite pushy, you can't skip it and do what you want. It's a pity, because it seemed like a good game
