Absolutely horrible app experience. Slow, screens sometimes bug out and start overlaying several times, tried to reset password but no code is sent, then the reset password function is just greyed out. Tried to create a new account, but just got an error message stating "Something went wrong". What kind of amateurs made this mess?! You can't even display a proper error message when something goes wrong? How am I to know where the issue lies? This app has just gotten worse over time.

It has never been a dream but after the last update you force your users to re-register. This is not the usual way but the fact that the system does not allow to use the same email/phobe number is under all critics. You would need to decide: clean up your database and start collecting your users again or lift data from your old db. Both will create chaos! And something went wrong is noy really a user friendly error message either...

Not possible to book a trailer now, have to wait until the next whole hour. Not great if your in a store and need their trailer managed by this app immediately. Recover password does not work, even though release notes sais it should. Also, it did not accept single-use credit cards, which is preferable when putting your credit card into something not thrustworty like this.

First time it is impractical. Missed that it demanded true GPS and the Bluetooth requirement I found out when I had to connect to the padlock... after a lot of yes's and photo's and permissions. Second time I knew what was coming... apart from two faulty trailers and a drive to pickup a third. The app works well but has an unexpected steep learning curve.

The new update is totally a failure. I had no issues with the previous versions. Now it is not possible to book a trailer for today or the next day. It will show you bookings only for a day later. Tomorrow date is not visible any more. I had to book it from the website a few weeks ago when I was reserving the trailer and today I checked again, its the same issue. The app is not helpful to book the trailer anymore. Please fix the issue otherwise its a wonderful service. I would rate it 5/5.

The worse application ever. I cannot do the only thing this application suppose to do: to book a trailer. Many times shows that alm trailers are booked even if there are at least 2 available at the store. When I finally find one available, it says that my it cannot do the booking for my phone (I have Pixel 8 with latest stable Android installed). If I try to use the invoice booking, after I introduce my personal number it tells me that I must be over 18 to book. I am 53.

I'm not sure who wrote this app, but it is very user hostile! Must be the weirdest payment, reservation combo I have ever experienced. Lost my earlier account. Sent a mobile pay, that was zero, and quietly cancelled the reservation. After 4th attempt, I managed to reserve, and mysteriously it found my account and earlier reservations.

This was a great service, but they been on a mission to make it worse and worse with time. Now it's impossible to make a reservation because "Something went wrong" or that buttons simply doesnt work. The simple click, rent, pay and go, while not perfect is replaced but increased complexity and a service I often can't use even if I'm willing to pay.
