PDF file error after submission, does not show certain pictures, and category answers. Also, the app has problems with uploading pictures before submitting. It needs to be re-upload again. FYI Scanning barcode tool is difficult to use. It lags, and it gets blurry half the time. I don't think the sensitivity is right. I'm doing a lot of digital documents, and it's slowing me down.

They say this is an all purpose app, however it is not useful in all fields of work. Not easy to customize either. Practical for business use ONLY. I find the mobile app crashing constantly and representatives unable to understand, diagnose, or provide answers to why or how they can fix it. They say restart the phone, app, or reinstall. However data and time is lost everytime. I'm happy I didn't dump any of my money into this product.

I have built my entire Appliance repair business using GoCanvas over 3 years. It does take time to create an app that does exactly what you want it to do without errors but if you stick with it and use the help section as you go eventually youre app will work the way you want. We dispatch our technicians the customers job information daily. The technician then completes the dispatch and collects the fee from the customer. Never had a crash as others state. Must be there old computers! 5 Stars.

I am a technician for a service company and use this every day for the last 3 years for field service reports. It is very easy to use once the template is set up (seems easier to do on PC). I can fill out, save and go back, discard, submit or hold off submitting and edit later, edit event after submission. We are a company with 15+ technicians using this app and it is great!

It seems okay as far as features, but I struggled making an account, it crashed twice after a count was made, then after the 2nd crash I would sign in & within 15 seconds it would kick me back to the sign in page. No thanks. Y'all been around long enough to have stuff like that well taken care of.

Ever since using this app, it's been nothing but issue after issue, from completed jobs not being completed and just disappearing and having to redo them to now having java issues "Attempt to invoke virtual method 'java.util.Vector com.gocanvas.mod el.Response.getAllResponses()' on a null object reference WorkFlowSync.java.popu lateFormDefaults() In 308 (-1)" The idea is great but the app itself not so much

Terrible experience with rookie programming mistakes: forcing more resync on poor connections, unhandled Javascript errors, misleading error messages, no progress bars for essential ops, crashes leaves no logs, options in settings that do nothing... It's just after two days of using this abomination...

Don't ever subscribe to this app, let alone using your credit card as the payment method. It's so so hard to stop the subscription, and in my case even if I had stopped the subscription last year with so much debate and efforts, i'm still get charged after a year, and there is no way to delete your credit card credential, so the only way for me is to block my credit card permanently. This is a scammer apps, shameless management. For you who consider to subscribe this app, better reconsider
