App is super slow. It keeps showing loading icon and doesn't load the video camera & mic directly. Doesn't show history and settings on the phone. No option to connect it to smartwatch either. + Not sure why Godrej team is not updating the app. Poor performance by Godrej !

Pathetic app. Very slow and sluggish. You keep receiving Alerts about motion detection, however nothing available in the app. We can't see history records on the app. There are so many negative reviews but it seems the company is not bothered about the same

Take 10 to 15 second to become active and responsive, on Airtel Xtreem. When a bell rings, automatically mic and unlock option should be displayed first. I am hoping that developer will improve this feature, as this is most frequently used functionality.

Ring alerts on phone has stopped. Many times the app says offline. It has to be reset. Very disappointed. Would appreciate if these are set right as otherwise there is no difference between an unknown entity & Godrej!

VDP device goes to sleep which results in disconnection of WiFi, hence features which are available on phone don't even work. I would not recommend this product if you're looking for anywhere access.

I had uninstalled the app in Android for one year. Now after re installed, it's not connecting with wifi. All necessary information has been added. Still! Kindly help.
