I hate to give a poor review because I really want this to work out. The mobile app is terrible. Once opened the maps will not refresh when I pan. Even when connected to wifi. I have to pan to desired location close the app then reopen. I can't believe I'm paying for this is where I am at. Update 10/23/24 Still having issues with the app. Error indicating too many layers and failing to load topo/sat when in the online mode. Desktop experience is great, draw odds and filtering are flawless.

It's a decent app. But DO NOT believe the property lines. I had my property lines done professionally and cost me a small fortune. The app also shows I own the neighbors property, and it's listed under my name ,which isn't correct. I would hope in the near future this app would get more accurate to keep neighbors from getting into arguments. Property owners get a survey done to save a headache from others.

Gone to hell! Don't know what the heck happened to this app but I no longer trust it! According to the app store I'm on the latest version and it is basically non functional at this point. Opens in the manner that I have my maps set but as soon as I zoom out all satellite imagery goes away and the app essentially freezes to the point of useless. Get an error message about too many layers after I turn a layer off, which makes no sense. I have a hand full of basic layers for 3 states on.

The desktop version is fantastic, but the app has been very unreliable. Slow loading and the GPS in offline mode has been wildly inaccurate. I've updated it as often as i can and even un install re install. I'll keep the insider and, therefore, the mapping due to everything else being badass, I don't trust my hunts to the app currently. Edit: The service team has been in contact with me and multiple updates have come out since. The GPS has been MUCH better and very accurate. Great work Gohunt!

I LOVE gohunt as a company, the people (customer service is top notch) and Filtering 2.0 service is easy to use and a must have. With that said, mobile Maps was launched too early IMHO. Had issues w/ desktop version created waypoints not showing up in the phone app version. Now, the app won't even open. It starts, says I'm online then automatically closes. Such an awesome concept and once it's ready for prime time they'll have a one stop shop. But now.... It needs work.

Customer Service is Great! I was experiencing some difficulties with some of the features in the app and reached out to their customer service about it. Less than 6 hours later there was an email from an actual person in my inbox that said they looked into the issue and planned on having a fix later on in the week. No cases numbers, no auto generated emails, and an actual person helped me. A Happy Insider, K.D.

Slow. Every time I use this app, it seems to get slower. I've watched their tutorials on their website,and certain map features do not work, specifically 3D maps. Any time I try and use 3D maps on my phone,it just glitches out and won't work. Any time I try and do a track, it stops mid track and erases the whole track. Trying to load waypoints on here is so slow as well. Whenever I try to set up a waypoint, it takes forever to load. Sadly, I think I am going to have to use a different service.

This mapping application simply refuses to work properly for me. I have had it since it came out, and it has never been a smooth confiedence inspiring experience. I have tried to download my state, none of the features work, it does not come up in my downloaded folder, the app crashes and resets randomly, and more. Long story short, I have Zero confidence in this to help me in the backcountry, let alone just do some Escouting.
