I can't log in on my phone it would be nice if you guys just have a pin sent to the email or phone instead opening an external link to Google they don't always work properly now I have to go through a hassle for something that should be quick and easy I understand it may seem cool just click the email name and logon but it's not consistent it's not only you guys either that method seems to be inconsistent with many apps that offer it

Thus far, I have really enjoyed my experience with Going. It has a very clean UI, I like the free features it provides and I think this will be a quintessential tool for booking new trips. My only suggestion, I'm not positive if this would even be doable, I wish there was a filter for deals with layovers over an hour. I do not like getting flights with 1 hour layovers since I feel like I have to rush the whole time. Thank you for making this app! I'm excited to use it for future bookings.

PLEASE allow Premium members to filter out Elite offers from the map. It's not an effective upsell, it's just annoying to be forced to see all the offers my tier doesn't include and clutters up the map view when looking for possible destinations. And no, it does not make me any more likely to subscribe to Elite, it just degrades my current experience and makes me less likely to recommend Going to anyone else. Also, please work on speeding up the app startup from logo to map.

The app doesn't work very well. It takes 10 to 15 seconds to get past the blue logo screen. Sometimes it never loads past the logo screen. When you click on a notification of a deal from the app, the app doesn't open to the details of that notification's deal. It just opens to the search map. You have to find the deal that you were notified of.

I FEEL like this is a scam when you're asked to upgrade to view a fare that you're interested in however I'm not completely sure. I have the standard membership in the app, I'd been thinking about upgrading to premium. I needed a fare to Cun for Aug & each time I searched it showed a fare for a great price but to view, I had to upgrade. Once I upgraded and immediately look for the fare to CUN it said that there were no fares available. That feels like a scam to get me to upgrade!!

payment thru google play STILL WENT THRU even though i deleted my account. now i have to beg google for a refund. if not, i'll dispute it. geez, this terrible. this app is a joke. on the website, when clicking/navigating to the trial premium membership, it says go to the play store for the mobile app. of course, google play subscribes you which then charges you for the entire year's membership. when i contacted google for a refund, they refused. the "Going" website also refused. scam!

Awful! From the second I logged in it does nothing but ask you about upgrading, and any of the deals that looked good require the upgrad paid version before you can see if the app is even worth the money!. Deleted app immediately.
