Doesn't recognize valid email addresses, just throws a generic server error when it THINKS email is wrong (it's NOT invalid, just incompetent programmers I guess). Seems to crash to Android app admin for inexplicable reasons. Hangs on "loading" icon, unresponsive to any taps or the back button when tapping the statistics icon. The utility of this app is not particularly obvious.

Works good enough. One problem is that the pairing procedure is not explained properly, one needs to switch shortly on and off after turning the security key. I needed to call the local dealer to tell me that. Another thing I miss is notification on successful return to the charging station. Otherwise does what it's supposed to do.

Pretty awful CX. The app is clunky and appears dated overall, but the onboarding is just horrendous. Very little instruction for an unintuitive process that includes steps that feel sketchy. It took me multiple tries to realize the email address that looks like spam and kept getting directed to my promotions folder had the link I needed to open. Should be important to a green tech company to offer a modernized experience.

This only works for four products, Bluetooth batteries which most are not, two robotic mowers, and the riding mower. All of the other tools are not on the app, and so this just takes a bunch of your data, and makes you sign three agreements before telling you that it actually won't work for most greenworks tools. This is absolutely not a registration app!

Too many user agreements ( probably written by multiple laywers ). No options for not giving permissions/opting out of adds , other data mining. Too many forms to eventually get to app , then still hve to go thru email. Not user friendly for this reason , appears mostly profit driven with limited options to user. The take/risks are disproportionate to benefits/use received.

App is slow, mower location tracking does not track mower in real time, and no lines as before. The only way you can locate your mower through the app is if you go out of it and back into it. This update is much worse than the previous version.

I purchased a Greenworks 42" riding lawn mower and this app is doesn't work properly! After fully charging my six batteries, the apps tells me ONLY one is 62% charged and the rest needs to be charged. However, the battery display on the lawn mower itself shows 100%. Until they fix the flaws in this app, don't waste your time downloading it!
