Does not put an icon on your smartphone after downloading. If you query what itemd can be recycled, the list is very inadequate and and not typical questions of home concern. Plus most aggravating is that some answers as to what can be recycled, the answers on this app are totally at odds as to what info can be found on their website as what can or should be recycled. Bottom line...this app is a waste of time !!

The notifications for pickup dates are helpful. The bill viewing and payment portion is a little clunky. I think it would be helpful to add Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. as payment options.

The app is better than in Nov 2019, however, it's still in need of work. The screen change after payment is iffy. I had to get our of the app, check my bank account to see if I was charged. I then logged back in to see that it was scheduled, that's not good, but I believe I was charged, we shall find out tomorrow.

There's an issue with the app saying that every week is recycling. I've brought it to their attention more than once and its not been fixed. Its a small issue but for such a simple app, it should be fixed.

Useless app! It can't ever find my home address to pay my bill yeah they can find my home address to send me the bill! I've seen a lot of worthless apps but this one rates within the top 10. Would love to give the negative five-star review if possible.

It's great. Sometimes with everything you may have going on,you can forget that the next day is garbage day. But with this app you get reminders plus you can ask questions thru chat and they kindly answer you. You can make your payments thru the app as well which helpful too. I like it.

Service has always been reliable. The office help has always been courteous and helpful. I just wish the recycling pick up was scheduled closer to the garbage pick up.

This app is pretty useless. When it does send a notification which is often, it only can send one. I don't always get home, or leave at the same time every day.
