I used this app for a vending machine, it's a horrible concept, absolutely unnecessary security, it was like opening a bank's safe lol. I wish this product gets discontinued so much the user experience is bad. Just to mention examples: i had to create an account, confirm with multifactor authentication, charge a virtual wallet, connect to the vending machine with Bluetooth... all that to buy a 1 euro chocolate!

It took more than 10 minutes to setup and pay for something. There is no need for it to be so complicated. Just use contactless like everyone else. In terms of improving the very mediocre app, please enable pasting of passwords and credit card numbers. It's ridiculous to have to type them in by hand. Also, the credit card validation is wrong, it expects a 20 digit number instead of 16. I put the last 4 digits as 2 to pass the validation and it still somehow worked.

Terrible. Very often the app won't show my credit, and when it does it won't connect to the machines. You can and should do better.

can't use paypal to load money it's not safe pay directly with a credit card and also my second card revolut not working so i can't load a single euro on this app.. ill give 5 stats if will be added the possibility to use paypal or if fixed the problem with revolut bank Answer : Dear Evoca i can add easly my revolut credit card, i did it 2 times, the problem is that the credit card isn't recognized from the app when i am trying to add 5 or 10 euros to my balance, so i can't add money to the app

The application is mediocre, but it does its job. It becomes pretty useless though when the component on the vending machine works poorly and can't be detected on bluetooth most of the time. So you'd be stuck with money on the app you can't spend.

Worst ever used application. Only reason to use it because of payment using card instead of coins on vending machine. Is Application ever updated to fix previous bugs ? Is the Application tested for user experience? It is impossible to add money from Card without using Code. It's understood for safety. But Code is only demanded by Application when the card details are tried to be modified. Adding of new card details is also not smooth. Kindly fix these problems.
