Worked really well for so long. Starting this year I stopped getting push notifications from the app. When I check the app, it still shows correct snow removal, but I used to receive a warning the night before. Please fix this. The app is very useful when it works...

Since 2017, I’ve had a bad experience with the snow removal app. It failed to provide the correct information about snow clearing schedules. One weekend, I left my car parked and went out of town. When I returned, I was shocked to find that my car had been towed and I had received a ticket. After calling 311, we checked the snow removal status together and discovered that the app had shown no snow removal planned, even though it was in progress. Be cautious always check the panels on the street

I can't imagine why we pay so much tax and can't have a reliable snow removal app? why not having heated streets like Japan?

Very unreliable app. I don't use my car during the week but least a couple of time a season there is no notification of snow removal and I get towed. 50 percent of the time I get notified of no parking, snow removal doesn't happen until 2 days later. I move my car needlessly causing more climate damage. LaSalle needs to get their act together.

I downloaded the app after the first major snowfall of winter 2021. It gave me alerts fast enough to avoid towing. Alerts for when clearins is scheduked is fast. There is a small lag between when the trucks are actually on the street and when the app said "in progress" and the same for when it said "Cleared".

Despite the abysmal reviews, this app works for me. I installed it because I rly need to know if they are plowing so my car doesn't get towed, and there is nothing else besides getting info from the city which plain sucks. After a big snowfall I check every evening if they are plowing that night or the next day. I haven't used the notifications yet, I just check real time myself.

Useless app, Not accurate at all. Usually when its blue that means they gonna clean the streets aswell too just like when its Orange. The app most of the time shows blue and the snow removal signs where there and they came next morning (Sunday) out of all days. And app was still showing Blue. How hard can it be to hire a good programmer. Dont reley on this app. Your car will get towed. Not recommended. I can make a better app then this.
