I had one great and one bad experience. I scheduled a pickup from the airport, and our driver was excellent. He showed up early so we didn't have to wait after the flight landed. Plus he gave us a quick tour of town. However, later I scheduled a 6 am ride to the harbor for a boat tour, and holoholo canceled at the last minute. They said no drivers were available, but in that case they shouldn't have accepted the reservation. Fortunately Uber saved the day or we would have missed our tour.

Holo Holo works different than Uber and Lyft. They focus on schedule pickups. They don't have surge pricing. They don't charge per minute while stuck in traffic. Their rates are flat rates and don't change on you. The app works perfectly fine if you are on Kauai. The driver's there share aloha and are friendly. I definitely recommend this app if you are on Kauai. The interface does take getting used to if you have used other rideshare apps. Once you figure it out it works fine.

Terrible scheduled a reservation and no cars were available at the time then when I went to cancel it charged me 12 bucks?!?!?! Just trust me stick to uber there's at least always drivers and my uber ride was cheaper than what holo holo would've been. Just a complete waste. Definately don't recommend for travels to the airport.

Made a reservation for a short ride hours before the desired pickup time. As we were walking down to meet the driver the admin of the app said the driver had an emergency and cancelled our reservation. I decided not to depend on them to get us a ride to the airport in the morning, and because I made the mistake of already making that reservation, was charged $5 to cancel.

Requested a ride but there was never a driver assigned to me. After about 5 minutes of waiting for a driver to be assigned with no luck I cancelled the order and I'm still being charged $50. Doesn't make any sense since I was never even assigned a driver! Do not use.

Request ride and vehicle never moved on map. There is no cancel button. Requested again, new diver disappeared. Request again nbody come pick me up. $10.83 taking out from my bank account I need my money refound. Can't find customers support

App is easy to use, clean interface. Issue is, no rides available. Big Island and Maui, they don't have drivers.

Just did a quick price test yes it is cheaper than uber. Haven't tested out the service yet though gonna give them a try next time. You guys should do delivery for food service too kick these mainland company's out and keep the profits with the locals
