Worst application. Can only be used on phone or tablet. You cannot run it on TV. Then what is the purpose of this useless application. One would prefer watching shows on a TV rather than phone. Also it says app is unavailable on this device whenever trying to download on a TV. Fix this issue, else stop selling subscriptions for it.

Notice that this is one of the very few apps that has more one 1 star rating than any other app. Even the spam apps. Edit: recently it's been better perfoming, but I still cannot change audio to english even if that is possible on elife receiver, here it's nit possible

Very disappointed. The username and password which they have sent me are incorrect as I have tried 100 time with theses username and password and every time it gives the option of invalid username and password. Such a disgrace for a company like etisalat. No option for customers service to contact and get this issue solved.

Decent app, the interface resembles the one on TV Etisalat setup box. It would be great if this app. is available on Chromecast TV and Apple TV. There would be no need for a setup box.

As usual another failure from Etisalat! Idk how it's the biggest company in the UAE , they fail everything to implement any service . Dubai is a great city with the worst telecom network providers ever . For the app Etisalat Sent login details and it's showing invalid log in username and password . No option to reset or to do anything so you have to call their call center and their stupid IVR robot or the poor agents who has a big turnover and keeps you on hold for one hour

Used to watch eLifeON on my laptop screen by connecting my Galaxy Note 10+ through Smsung Dex. Now eLifeON has blocked the picture when played on laptop screen while the phone is connected through Samsung Dex. Only the Audio plays. I wonder why such a restriction is required while this is a paid app that can be played only on one device at a time.

The eLife on feature is a scam. I am an eLife subscriber but I have never been able to login to the app with the credentials provided by Etisalat. Their PC browser supported link is broken too. Resetting password doesn't help. Great work as usual, Etisalat.
