The app works all the time. The only time it does not, is for scheduled maintenance, which is announced beforehand. Very easy to use, track your consumption, pay bills, track power outages and the status of work being done. It is a very helpful tool.

I love this app. Helps me manage and understand my electrical usage. Helps me save money plus it helps me understand my consumption therefore I am able to use less electricity during peak hours....... Hence saving money. I also purchased HILO game changer. Simple to use. In my option both go hand in hand to help with my consumption and help the environment.

Love having this app. It's way more convenient than the Ontario Hydro companies. Easy to navigate, love the Power Outage information. I've only had this app (& QB Hydro) for less than a month, but so far, it's super convenient.

App forced an update to 5.3.5 which broke the layout and removed the accounts that were configured. Clicking on back closes the app instead of returning to the previous screen. Clicking on items is now slow - 2 seconds reaction time on average. That's what I call a really bad move, especially because it was forced upon. I'll use the website instead.

Now you can no longer report outages, so what's the point of the app? Map is inaccurate. Doesn't show the same thing as on their website. It doesn't respond when you actually need it to work (ie yesterday when we lost power). Received "map is unavailable ..." Numerous times. Also, simply won't load at all on many occasions. Can't report an outage and receive "Technical Issue" error, then why have the app?! Constant "an unknown error has occurred".

Worked very well until Oct 20, 2022 and then with the latest update (version 5.1.31) the app just hangs on a white screen. Very frustrating. Update 10-28-22: Version 5.2.0 still has not solved the operating issue. Still hangs on the white screen. Too bad we can't get access to a previous version while this issue is corrected.

I use to find it useful, now nothing seems to work right. It has been since October 11th since I was able to view any current consumption data, let alone the current bill that is due. How do you want to pay your bill if you don't know how much it is. Please fix this app! Turned out Hydro decided our communicating meters was defective. They have changed it 1 1/2 weeks ago, still not able to see any above mentioned features. Please resolve this issue!

Used to be excellent...now it's horrible. It takes forever to load! Most part of the time it blocks at the login page.
