This week my supervisor informed me the i360 app reports I worked almost two hours less than I reported on my time card. This reflects poorly on my reputation and cost me almost $30. That's unacceptable. Daily it force closes, kicks me out and the gps glitches badly. At random, frequent times the app will display my location as far as 100 yards from where I'm standing and going in the wrong direction. It's placed me in a block that was not even accessible from where I was.

This app works providing you learn how to use it correctly. A good ammount of people complain in the comments about crashes and bugs, however, the only time the app has crashed on me is when i'm mis-managing my open windows. So, it seems to me to be an operator error in many cases. I like the app. It keeps supervisors out of the equation which makes it a god send.

My first day on the job and i had everything ready for my first customer app pulled up all I had to do was select the correct option I got to do so and boom all ready had to re enter all my credentials when I went to enter the information needed to do my job. So the next assignment i tried just selecting Get Started option an yet again faced with same dilemma. Not Android friendly

I've used i360 for a few years now. IF you can get it to open, it's very user friendly. Unfortunately, it just crashes every time I attempt to open it for the last 24 hours and that's not a wholely uncommon problem. Great when I literally CAN'T DO MY JOB, because the app won't work - note sarcasm

I've used this and the other big companies app if the two sides would get together they can create one solid app this particular app is mediocre at best, you need to be able to filter out at an evens you need to be able to filter by streets. there's room for just way too much improvement.

Awful struggle to use. Glitches, kicks you out randomly, won't let you log in, misplaces houses and addresses, the books are ridiculously set out having you going back to the same damn street 5 times for different books instead of putting them in one... smh RIDICULOUS POS

the gps tracking is off most of the time. And getting directions to houses in walkbooks is unintuitive. Just give us the easiest possible way to use google maps.

This app could be very helpful if it actually worked. Very disfunctional. Constantly force closes. Works very poorly in low coverage areas.
