always wants updates, buffers alot and when I try to download a file or a pdf from the homework it tell me that the download is successfully done but the file does not appear... it appears the next day... what a useless and slow software... everything is slow and time taking and the app does not work in landscape mode unlike before it is hard to write notes etc when it is in portrait from tab.

there is no option to delete the previous year's profile. I see 2 profiles for my son in the app and have to continuously go back to the main page and select the latest profile. very annoying.

not able make the payment from the credit every school also not provide any kind of support for this..... payment gateway very bad

Buggy App and not properly developed. 1. It has option to add sibling so you can add all your kids in app, it shows separate account for each kid. But when notification comes, you cannot understand for which account the notification has come. 2. When a Notification comes and you click on that notification it takes you to app. It does not take you to the actual notification in the app. It gets very difficult and frustrating to navigate through various options in app to find out where the new update has come. very slow , takes too much time to load after every click. Also it is being used very poorly by school.

Needs UI improvement. 1. Cannot read notifications. 2. When clicked, it just take you to the app, not to corresponding section like any normal app would. 3. Many data fields are always empty, example being diary section, assignment section, etc. Edit : I find that the notifications are not readable if you have dark mode ON. Just to use this app, I had to disable dark mode. Pathetic.

Issues with App 1. App not designed considering Users prospective, very difficult to operate 2. Any PFD file once downloaded goes to "My class board" folder as per pop-up msg but actually where it goes not know and moreover it get downloaded with some other name. Very difficult to locate the file in device. 3. Once pdf is opened in app, you cannot download it again as download button available for once only. This not happened with word doc
