Didn't work the 1st try, no issue the second try. When it texted me a link to go to it said this site can't be reached, but went back to app and it said your identity has been confirmed. Had to do the points on the face twice, read directions moving only your face, not your phone. No I have my ID wherever my phone is, just incase. I lost my wallet once in a cab in las vegas...the guy sent it to me , two weeks later. You never realize how often you need your id till you lose it.

I’ve already registered, signed in, and completed the ID verification process previously. Now, I’m unable to proceed because my ID was damaged by my dog, and your system is requiring me to rescan it to gain access. This presents a significant challenge, as I’m trying to request a new ID due to the original being unusable. I’ve attempted to use the link provided, but it fails to open, leaving me unsure how to proceed. With my background in cybersecurity, it's impossible to get in your own accoun

31JUL2024: Update broke the app. No launch. 18FEB2023: Last released update finally fixed the issues. I wonder why it took so long to fix. Sad when I think that I cannot always rely on the app to work - still not sure, thus 4-stars. Old review: App will not open - screen flashes and then I eventually get a notice that the app keeps closing and can send feedback. I have all permissions enabled that I can find. 10FEB2023 Still not working! Useless. Android 13 now and still a no-go. Zero stars.

The app was super easy to use the only thing I had a little difficulty with was taking my picture LOL . . After I followed instructions it was actually pretty easy. . And the barcode on your phone does scan at the cash register and is valid ID to purchase alcohol. . Great job guys

The app sorta works - I think!/?. After I entered my phone #, I got a link to open a website. The link was broken and I never got the site open. I somehow got to the next step, scanned my license, did the facial recognition, and created a PIN. Everything seems to be working. When I open the app, the first step asks me to 'CERTIFY'. When I click on the link, a star comes up, spins, and goes away. But it's still asking to certify. So I don't know if it's 'legal'. Use Samsung Wallet instead!

Was a little stubborn at first. Once I got my physical id verified, the rest went well . East and most off , convenient! Digital id along with digital everything else. One less thing I can lose :)

I tried a dozen different ways to do my selfie and get it to match, and it wont work. I used multiple devices as well, but nope! Your app was developed my microsoft yet it is one of the worst ones I have ever used! 😩

Registration link from text didn't work, figured out how to capture what they were trying to get me to go to and finally got it to work. 08/24 shows my age wrong by 1 year. Guess the app can't do simple math? Though I do appreciate it making me younger...haha!
