We searched for a specific connection, found a direct bus. After payment we recieved the tickets, but eventually the bus never showed up. After calling all available numbers, we were told (by every source including several locals) that no such bus connection exists. After contacting the epodroznik via e-mail we received general response that they will look into it and get back to us within 30 days.

Scammers. Hope, Google will block their app. They add 10%+ commission to the price of each ticket, but they show prices without commission in their app. And nothing is said about the commission until you have replenished your account and try to buy a ticket.

Absolute rubbish app. It appears it wants to promote mostly 'door to door' journeys, sort of a bus taxi service that costs a lot and takes hours longer to get to your destination. Doesn't even know there's a daily train service from Bydgoszcz to Berlin

Extra charges at the last moment. Bus operators also cheat in this way but their extra fees are seven times smaller.
