Frustrating to use. Making simple bookings is very difficult as you get sent around in circles. It is very glitchy E.g. error messages saying please select a club before you select a category when a club has been selected. It needs an overhaul.

can't login. doesnt recognize my email even though I've used this address for years to book swim sessions.can't reset password. stuck in a loop of frustration. annoying to say the least.

Edited to say that I was given incorrect information regarding my contract: it is more expensive than the amount I was told in the leisure centre. Staff training is inadequate and Halo's conduct is completely unacceptable. Absolutely nonsensical. The page goes blank when I attempt to create an account and, when trying to book a session as a non-member, my local leisure centre isn't recognised. Not fit for purpose.

Showing a class, but giving no description of what it entails is pretty useless. The website search tool does not recognise class descriptions either. There appears to be no list of such descriptions either. Rather poor.

Don't know why they cant make it PC friendly - TBH i am sitting here imagining people working out to their small mobile phone screen - maybe an ipad. (obviously, i am talking about the home exercise videos). The rest of the app is fine - but i have a p.c that can do all of that anyway even tho the login button is not entirely clear on the website.

After a couple of weeks I am still unable to log on to the app and have to religh on a neighbour to book my sessions

Despite disabling push notifications, i still get them. Disabling things in app does not disable notifications. Had to do it in android settings Should not have to disable these in o/s settings when there is an option in app. APP navigation is poor, always have to click through a needless splash screen. Unfortunately i need this app as the gym no longer have check in cards.

Simply awful. Even when you have your favourite club set, it doesn't display in the list of clubs for bookings. There's no simple timetable. Family bookings can't be made, you can only book and pay for one at a time. Navigation is appalling. At least the website is just as bad so there is some consistency!
