The app shuts down randomly and becomes impossible to restart. Once restarted, don't close your screen or else you'll be told that your internet connection is slow despite the fact that it's over 300 mbp/s... just because they forgot to play the video ad. From here, you need to repeatedly shut down and restart the app. Then you have to listen to Gambo.

So, I can get the results of Devin Booker in the 3 point contest sent to me, but not a regular Suns game, or Coyotes, Devils, or Cats. I was signed up for all the text alerts, which gave me all the scores, great, but was also getting them from the app notifications, so I stopped all the texts. Since then, no scores sent through the app. I'd sign up for the texts again, but I don't need to know about any coach calling in for their weekly interview, or what they just talked about 2 hours before.

Edit - I changed my battery settings for the app and the problem went away. Shouldn't have to make these changes, but at least the issue is gone. Constantly stops playing if the screen is off. Very frustrating when you have to restart a podcast every 10 minutes. 98.7 has great content but the app needs a lot of work. Please fix soon.

This app was once deserving of a five-star rating but has now dropped to just two stars. Despite being up to date, both the app and my brand new phone, it consistently crashes after 15-30 minutes of use. Occasionally, it abruptly stops playing, and the play/pause button often becomes unresponsive. It's disheartening because this app used to be outstanding.

As of this morning, and after at least 6 years of subpar performance, I have to create an account to use the app? Constant issues with streaming love radio, issues with podcasts, crashes loading articles. For years. I like to listen to Burns and Gambo in the afternoon, but this is the last straw. I'll get a damn radio instead of making another account. Goodbye 98.7.

Terrible app huge fan of the station listen to it all the time on the radio highly disappointed with the app. Can only play for about 5 minutes then it will randomly cut out and can't be started again. Just uninstalled it and will not be reinstalling it. Tried to look up show highlights and they won't play tried to look up podcast highlights and they won't play. This app is completely useless in all facets. Strongly recommend not downloading this app

Horrible app, maybe the worst one I've ever used. The live feed freezes constantly and sometimes it doesn't even let you press play. And when you come back to it after listening earlier it picks up where you left off instead of going live, even if where you left off was from the day before. Then you have to listen to 10 minutes from a show in the past before it goes live. Honestly, get it together with this app, it can't be that hard.

New update on 4/30/21 did not fix the main core issue. You cannot lock your phone and continue the stream. After 2 minutes or so the stream will stop and when you unlock the phone the message "weak or no internet connection pops up" and you have to restart the app to play the stream again. As someone who wants to listen with phone in pocket while working or cleaning around the house, this is a mind numbingly irritating bug. Cripples the app. Makes it impossible to listen consistently.
