Easy to sign up to, but bad if things go wrong. My bike would not dock properly so the app showed my trip as continuing. Rang up but we were referred to a Web site that did not exist. Rang up two times more. Each time we were promised a call back that did not happen. I love these bikes but more support is needed when things go wrong! I don't know if I will be charged as my bike according to the app is not returned.

Poor. Does not work. Loops on "loading" forever. Tried several times. Useless. It's a shame because when this system works (Stockholm for example) it's a joy to use.

I cannot even complete the registration process. I click on the link provided to my email to activate my account and nothing happens

Scammer app, rental for short term 3 days SEK25 but they will still charge you per minute usage. Becareful don't get trapped!

I am sorry I cant upload a picture here, but let me tell you... same company in Valencia offers a plan for 30 mins free, 1 euro for first hour, 3 euro/hr after first hour. Except, they mislead you to think that you only pay after 30 mins, but noooo.. turns out you pay 13.3 euro to unlock the bike + the time you ride it. ;)
