We recently started using this app for our kids. The content is great but the app is rough and it's disappointing they don't put more effort into making the app work better. Autoplay to the next episode always resorts back to the first episode of the show, no matter where you are in the episode list. Very frustrating when it just wants to play the first episode over and over. Also I can't seem to rewind, that's just sad.

Great programs, for the most part. For the developers: It would be nice to see an "add to queue" feature when casting on the TV, such as YouTube. Also, the auto play feature is not consistent when casting - the app must be open on the phone to do so. We'd really like to see an option to remove certain programs from our child's profile as well.

UPDATE (5 STARS) Works great and the content is awesome! Thank you. My children love it and we are pleased. Keeping our subscription. FEB/MAR 22 (2 STARS) Something happened with the app. It crashes all the time. The content was awesome. It used to work great, on my tablets, roku, firestick and phone. Now it only works on the roku. And that's about it. Sad. I will probably have to discontinue my subscription. Sad. :-(

The recent update ruined the app. It no longer autoplays the next episode, like every other streaming app in existence. Now we have to select the next episode every single time, and when several of the shows are only 5 or 6 minutes long, it's extremely annoying. The app is also super glitchy. It's so bad, we stopped using the app with our daughter. We might cancel and demand a refund if it isn't fixed soon, which is a shame because we love the content

This was a great app and my daughter loved the content on her! BUT sadly something happened and now all it does is crash mid stream. I thought maybe it needed an update or something but I don't see one available and it crashes on my tv and tablet so I know it's the app and not my device. I loved that I didn't have to worry when my daughter watched showes from mino but now it looks like we'll have to cancel our subscription 😢 2.5 rating

Instant customer service feedback, to include personal response to feature request of categorizing this app as a Family Library app, so as to be able to install on multiple devices' individual accounts without paying for multiple subscriptions. This would greatly improve on the already awesome integration of Google Cast. It's super simple to use, and has quite a wide variety of show, both classic and newer. I can only hope they continue to upload more.

The app runs slow when loading the videos. There are more enhancements that can make for a better user experience. Otherwise, it's a nice app. The one thing that I "don't like" is that it's turning into Yippee. I had Yippee before, and it had more content, but I moved to Minno, so I knew that every video my child watched was Bible related, but now they are filling their catalog with more non-Bible related videos, so really there was no point in switching.
