It has many issues like it give not service with new registered mobile number to use "My safenet". Even everytime I see that the my remote app is not working correctly if I connected with my jio setup box by jio Home app but next time if I not used for a long time it does not work I am very very angry about your this service so improve this as soon as possible.

Completely terrible app and presents vendor locked in controls wherever possible. Installed the app just to achieve simple screen cast from my android device but their casting implementation is so flawed that probably it sends the whole media to stb instead of streaming which makes it impossible to cast any movie (or any lengthy video). Had the tech team invested more thought in providing better functionality instead of finding ways to lock in to their 'JioApp ecosystem'

No support available for customers to raise a service request through the app. Facing No connectivity issue since 11.11.2024 (6 days). Tried calling customer care but the executives say no slots available. Till date no technician visited. Do not go for JIO fiber. I am regretting it. Local Internet service is far better. Horrible Service.

I must have paired my set up box with the mobile remote 10 times in last 3 weeks AND NOW the cable box is simply not being detected on my Jio home app. This is not good. And as I posted this feedback the wifi cut me off twice.

I was trying to use this app to pair to my set top box because the remote was not working and jio customer care so pathetic that it was not even connecting me to a real agent. The call was being redirected to a automated voice recorder that was sending me a useless YouTube video link and then disconnecting my call. Really pathetic experience even after paying so much the quality is third class

This app has connectivity issues, when trying to connect with setup box most of time it won't connect. When trying to play media on setup box it shows unsupported media most of the time.

It's good overall but my Jiogames controller isn't working, all the buttons on the joystick work fine but the UDLR isn't working. My set top box light doesn't blink when I use the UDLR. Please fix it.

Earlier my phone was connected with jio set top box. But now I am trying to connect it but it doesn't allow me to connect , worse experience even I mailed it to jio care but jio care is useless . It better to remove this app and clear some mbs from my phone
