ETA: Just tried the app again. This is hands down the worst app I have ever used. It cost the restaurant yet another sale. This app straight up sucks. It doesn't take payment methods without setting up Google wallet. I just wanted a quick sandwich, not jump thru hoops for 45 minutes and it still didn't complete the purchase. I want to place my order, enter my payment info, and be done in less than 30 SECONDS. I won't waste my time again as there are so many other restaurants.

Everytime I use this app my order is always cancelled. I've placed them around the 8 o'clock area. The stores around me don't close until 10:30-11. My order is usually around 65 dollars, and I tip 20%. Yet, 3 times my order has been canceled. I got it 1 time, and it took an hr and a half to receive. Then I ordered through doordash to see, and the Dasher stole my food. I have been refunded quickly each time but it's just the point. Why have an app if the orders are always cancelled.

This app needs an overhaul. The text fields for payment are so small, you need near pinpoint accuracy to type in your information. After adding a card payment method, they wouldnt let you pay with it because it's greyed out. The pickup times given in the app is inaccurate and reward points are never added to the account. Uninstalled and probably won't ever be using it again.

the app. needs to be updated: (1) to allow the user the option to pick up their mobile orders through the drive through or have the order(s) brought out (curbside delivery); and also, (2) the receipts from going inside or through the drive through without using the KFC app.: there needs to be a way to add points to your rewards points total when you don't use the KFC app., just because you don't use the app. does not mean you should not be able to accrue points.

It used to be ok a year ago, now it's slower than dial up. It takes about 30 mins to put in an order, & that's even if the order goes through. First off, it doesn't work when I use my credit card, but will if I use Google Pay connected to that same credit card, and that's IF it works. Half the time, getting to my bag/cart and then to placing the order takes so long the ASAP time frame is no longer valid, or it will randomly say that my Google Pay card isn't valid, or the store cannot be located.

DON'T ORDER THROUGH THE APP... I ordered 2 times. The first time they got the order wrong. The second time, the order was completely cold when I got it. Both our orders was cold, and her order looked burnt at well. Was not happy at all. And the refund they offerd didn't even cover the delivery fee, and I still haven't even received it and it's been over a week. Definitely won't order through the app agan..

You cannot 'check in' if you are ordering at a store like you can with the Taco Bell app (both owned by same parent company). You also can't add gift cards as a form of payment, only CC. You can't customize deals like you can when at the store. So like their 6-piece Taste of KFC, yeah you cannot select the pieces that you would like. But you can do that at the store, but you'll have to go without getting any reward points. They need to bring this app to the Taco Bell app level TBH.

Not all deals are available on the app. For example, the $10 Tuesday 8-piece bucket deal is not available on the app. Also, the App should offer an option to dine-in or take-out. I always feel like an A-hole when I use half the trash can with an empty bucket when a smaller package suitable for dining-in would suffice.
