The entire advertized point of them discontinuing the old app (expiring the funds in it) was that this one would have pay-as-you-go. This app does not have pay-as-you-go. It does have the ability to link bank cards and breeze cards, but neither of these features seems to do anything. Also, you always have to try multiple turn gates to get one that accepts the qr code.

Can ya'll fix the mobile scan machines cause sometimes it work and sometimes it does I shouldn't be an issue about what type of phone you have. The scan machines need to be updated. The bus is my only transportation and I don't like holding up other passengers all because the scan machines are not properly working then that means we will be late getting to our destination all because of the scan machines. Thank you

, I'm having a major issue with the application. When I try to add value, it never goes through. However, the money is still deducted from my bank account. This is incredibly frustrating and concerning.i am extremely disappointed with the recent customer service I received. The representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and rushed to hang up the phone before I could even finish explaining my issue. They actually hung up on me mid-sentence, which is completely unacceptable.

Has major glitches. I loaded the app and it worked great for that 1st transaction. Now I can not see my balance, can't login and it's very, very frustrating. I see where they want to go with the app but development has be here in Atlanta or at the least stateside on the east coast cause I had to wait for someone to con tact me back and then it was via email and on top of that I still can't use the app. I'm just out of 30 bucks that I loaded onto the app.

The app has horrible issues. It has personally charged me for 3 trips, but didnt add a single one onto app. Plus, when app is down, some bus drivers will still seek to make you pay or even get off the bus, even if you just use app and don't have a bus card. Card also seems to not always respond to having fare, and will automatically make you do a pay as you go trip, which leaves your account in the negative, even with trips loaded on 2.0 app!

The most confusing app I have ever tried. It has 2 options when trying to purchase with no clear reason for the options. Will stick with the paper breeze cards from the vending machines. After using I know now DONT EVER use buy ticket option as this sets a time limit of a few hours 2 use the ticket. If you use add value option u can use ticket when ever you want, even years later. If u have a screen capture maka a screen capture and use screen capture image an u dont need 2 wait for WIFI QRcode.

App wouldn't respond when I tried to redeem my ticket. Tried multiple times. Had full cell reception. Ended up having to buy a paper ticket from the kiosk. I am out 2.50 because this app didn't work when I needed it.

It's okay, slow to load and I don't like that 2.50 is the minimum you have to add like you should be able to top off the amount and put a dollar on there if needed. Not my favorite but it is what it is I suppose. I just feel like there could be improvements made on it like what I mentioned above
