Suggestions: 1) Upgrade the sign up interface to use either an email or only a phone number to create account. It will enhance the user privacy in case of security related incidents. Less data collected = More user security. 2) Provide option to use nicknames under registered customer id's list. It will make easier to switch to a required entry incase a user has multiple id's linked to their account. Rest works well. Thanks

wow i am really impressed by this app .It allows users to check electricity bills, make payments, and view billing history with just a few taps. The app interface is simple and clean, making navigation smooth even for first-time users.

This app is a complete mess. The interface is clunky and clearly made without any thought for user experience. The OTP system is broken—you receive a 6-digit code but the app only accepts 4 digits. How does something this broken even get approved? Whoever managed this project clearly is a fraud, corruption at it's peak ,I guess. Total waste of time.

I am really disappointed with this app. I was trying to make a payment through the app but it was showing an error, then I tried the web version where the payment was made but the same is not reflecting in the account. Then I tried to raise the ticket through both the app and the web version but it kept showing an error. The previous app was far better as I never faced such problems with that app.

This app is a massive downgrade from the previous progressive web app. The current version is slow, clunky, and poorly designed. It feels like it was thrown together by someone with zero understanding of good UX. Whoever approved this clearly doesn't use the product. Get competent developers who actually know what they're doing

Tried sign up a dozen times, every time it said~something went wrong ~ , and failed... Previous JKPDD apps were working well . . Lately it started responding by sending otp to email and mobile number, but again ... problem....the otps are 6 digits and it takes only 4 digits ...so failure to proceed.... Now the app sign up working well after an update , made recharge for my prepaid connection.... CAN USE IT EASILY NOW ....

This app is an absolute trash made by an illiterate I submitted my credentials 3 times phone number name etc but app is showing number doesn't exist also while giving correct password showing password doesn't match. Corruption on its peak

Can not sign up. App requires 6 digit OTP but we are getting 4 digit OTP. I think pdd it cell have not tested the App. just made it and keep it available on Playstore.
